Yes. Being a member of TE-Promos is free.
There are two membership levels FREE and PRO. In each level there are different prizes that are obtained when you find the TE-Promos badges in the traffic exchanges. In the members area you can see the prize table for each membership level.

The price of the TE-Promos PRO membership is a subscription of $9.95 per month. Only the value of the five banners published in TE-Promos is much higher than the price of the membership. Therefore, each award obtained in each badge can be considered as a profit for each PRO user.
In TE-Promos currently we are working with Paypal as payment gateway. If you want to pay the value of the membership in bitcoins you can open a support ticket and we will provide you with a bitcoin address where you can send the money. But you should know that the commissions are only paid through Paypal.
Payments are sent to the user's Paypal account every time it exceeds $5 in commissions.
FREE members who have not claimed a badge in any traffic exchange for more than 30 days are considered inactive members and are penalized with the zeroing of their points and commissions.
You can publish up to a maximum of five banners. And you must publish to the least one to claim prizes. Only PRO members can add their banners.
Your banners are displayed on all pages of TE-Promos: home page, on every page of the members area, splash pages and pages prize that are shown in traffic exchanges involved in TE-Promos.

When you are surfing in some of the Traffic Exchanges that participate in TE-Promos, after 100, 250, 500 and 1000 surfed pages you will see yellow TE-Promos badges. By clicking on them you will access a prize page where you can claim the following prizes:
FREE members
- Clicking on the 100 badge you get a prize of $0.0001, + 1 point.
- Clicking on the 250 badge you get a prize of $0.0001, + 1 point.
- Clicking on the 500 badge you get a prize of $0.0001, + 1 point.
- Clicking on the 1000 badge you get a prize of $0.0001, + 1 point.
PRO members
- Clicking on the 100 badge you get a random prize between $0.01 and $0.014, plus 1 point.
- Clicking on the 250 badge you get a random prize between $0.015 and $0.021, plus 2 points.
- Clicking on the 500 badge you get a random prize between $0.022 and $0.028, plus 3 points.
- Clicking on the 1000 badge you get a random prize between $0.029 and $0.035, plus 4 points.
In the 'Check Your Badges' section you can see the badges you are getting.
To reclaim the badges already getting there is a reset button with which we can reset all the badges. This reset button is available on the 1st and 16th of each month. In this way each member can surf the pages they want and in the traffic exchanges they want.
You can find TE-Promos badges in the traffic exchanges listed in 'TE Ranking'.
After upgrading to the PRO membership and verifying that you really own a Traffic Exchange, a link to add your site will appear in the menu.
Gift Points are TE-Promos points that the owner of a Traffic Exchange purchases to give as a gift to the members of their Traffic Exchange. The owner of the Traffic Exchange adds an award page to the rotator of his site in which he offers a gift of 30 TE-Promos points to the member who claims the award.
In addition to Gift points, the PRO user of TE-Promos can earn points for each claimed badge. Then those points can be converted to cash.
